Cozy and spacious family rooms

Perfect location, smart staff, nice views on park. Good sized and extremely pleasant rooms, had a perfect 10/10 stay for calm vacation. A good restaurant for breakfast. Private parking onsite provided. The early check-in🙂👍

Once you find out how to get there on the tube it is clear that it is a good location and an easy commute to Munich City. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom clean and perfectly efficient. The breakfast is excellent. Convenient supermarket right across the street, and it is two short blocks from the subway.

The location of this hotel was decent, close enough to public transport options, though the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy. Walking around at night made me uneasy. The cleanliness of the room caught my attention. It felt tidy, a plus amidst my concerns. The lack of usable Wi-Fi frustrated me throughout my stay. The biggest letdown was the shower head. It barely worked, leaving me with thin water jets that hurt my skin. The pillows offered little support. The tiny beds and uncomfortable mattresses were also disappointing. I had high hopes for this hotel, but the noise from other guests kept me awake for most of my stay. The front desk didn't offer any assistance or solutions and didn't seem to care when I complained. In hindsight, the price didn't match the experience I had. I won't be returning here anytime soon.

easy walks to parks and iconic landmarks from this hotel

during my stay, I loved that it was just a short stroll to the English Garden, where I enjoyed peaceful walks among the greenery and serene lakes, and also found Marienplatz and its fine architecture to be within easy reach, perfect for leisurely explorations.

Staff was friendly; room was cozy; there was a nice big window; the breakfast was also good.

The only "problem" is that it's not in the center, but close to the subway, so easy to arrive anywhere, I recommend.

Absolutely perfect location near a subway that brings you in the center in 20 minutes. Savoury breakfast for meat eaters.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi connection is unacceptable!!! Aged decor gives an outdated feel, and shower curtain issues create unnecessary mess!!!

We stayed at the family room which is spacious. It fits three adult and one baby crib. Breakfast is good and free.

The so-called free internet was not available in the room that we stayed. And the hotel staff didn't do anything to correct it.

Loved the spacious mini-fridge and cozy balcony! The kitchenette made it super easy for quick meals.

Очень удобно расположен 3 минуты до метро (до центра 12 минут, до выставки 10 минут); 5 минут до трамвая. От аэропорта через Восточный вокзал 45 минут. Чисто, тихо, хорошие завтраки.Приветливый персонал. Есть фитнес-комната.

Shower water pressure was weak and frustrating.

We booked a Deluxe Plus double room which was clean, comfortable and spacious with a large balcony though the view is obstructed by large trees. Staff were helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was adequate.

Surprised the reception was not manned 24 hours. Parking was difficult on site with a steep approach to an underground car park and only a very limited number of spaces within it. Parking in the street may be possible but this is a residential area and can not be guaranteed.
